Conversion of offices into a flagship retail space
The works comprise the partial demolitions and redevelopment of the existing building and extensions to form an enlarged "core" retail area to all floors. Construction also encompased the demolition of the existing rear extension and the main roof to Dover Street facing elevation of the building. Works also included the sequential demolitions and alterations to the core of the building, underpinning of existing party wall, basement excavation, a new two storey extension to the rear together with alterations to / upgrading of all retained structures, a new vertical extension to the Dover Street including a new main roof.
