Excavation of an extensive under-garden basement, and a complete refurbishment of all floors to form a large, contemporary family home. Works included the underpinning of the existing structure, piling of the perimeter of the garden, the excavation of the existing garden to form a new basement incorporatng a kitchen and family dining area, cinema room, gymnasium, sauna and pool. On the ground floor the works included the formation of a living room at the rear which opens out onto the garden and formal dining room at the front of the property. The first floor comprises the master bedroom, dressing room and his and hers en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms two, three, four and five are located on the second floor.
